Discounts: 

  • Bride or Groom who are active or retired military, teachers, nurses, or first responders are eligible for a $100 discount (max 1 discount per wedding). Thank you for your service to the community!
  • For SUMMER MONTHS ONLY: Jun-Jul-Aug take $1,000 off any all-inclusive package if you host a reception-only(offsite ceremony)

Rentals are 12 hrs long: 

  • 7 hr setup + 5 hr wedding (ceremony to end of reception) + extra hour to pack up. (leave the cleaning to us)
  • Looking for additional setup or getting ready hours? Let us work out an extension of time hourly for you.

Payment Terms:

  • TO BOOK: Date reservation fee is 25% of package + venue total, due within 5 days of contract signing to reserve a date. This is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance will be divided into 2-3 additional payments. You may pay ahead at any time. Checks or cash are accepted with no processing fees.
  • Security (damage) Deposit– The month of the wedding, we will collect a credit card to put on filefor incidentals.
  • Purchase event insurance(approximately $250+/-). You will be contacted with all the details on how to do this.

Vendor Options:

  • All-Inclusive:done-for-you wedding packages where we hire many of your vendors, and you choose your menus, songs, flowers, etc.
  • In-House Services:Coordinating & Decorating services make the wedding day easy and seamless. Available a-la-carte or via an All-Inclusive Package
  • Vendors We Love List:explore the pre-approved pros who have built a reputation for their service at Sunset Oaks (shared after your tour)
  • Open Vendor Policy:Hire a Licensed & Insured full-service caterer (no DIY food), an Insured DJ, and any other pros of your choice. Caterers & DJ’s must submit insurance for pre-approval.

1.Select a Package at booking: Choose a package that fits your vision- from “just a little help” to “just show up.” You may do this at booking or add-on later. 2.Questionnaire<: Once the 25% payment is made, we’ll send the questionnaire for you and your fiancé to take your time discussing your preferences and priorities. 3.Consultation: Book a call to review the questionnaire with us! We’ll check vendor availability in advance and make recommendations if we know the perfect fit OR gather more details from you. 4.Vendor Assignments: We will share your general needs with the available vendors within our network and book + pay for them for you. We connect you with each vendor via email. If you are undecided, we may connect you with two options and ask for you to choose the best fit! Don’t hesitate to ask lots of questions during this phase! 5.Detailed Selections: If you are choosing a certain menu, florals, or cake flavors, you will work directly with the vendor to customize. Your DJ will share a blank song list to collect your music. 6.Wedding Portal Binder: We create a custom wedding planning portal with all vendor inclusions and selections for transparency throughout the process. You’ll also get a custom Canva wedding binder with your wedding day details, floor plan, timeline, etc! 7.Coordinating & Decorating: You will connect with them along the way (3-4 mo. prior to the wedding) and communicate your detailed vision so they can put it into a plan our team can execute while you and your family enjoy the big day. 8.Final Confirmations: At your coordinating & decorating meeting (4-6 weeks prior to the wedding), bring your final guest count, and you’ll choose the place setting and arrange a timeline & processional. We make final arrangements, payments, and order applicable supplies for you! 9.Wedding Day: We ensure all services are delivered per agreement! The applicable vendors work seamlessly with the venue team to bring your best day ever to life! ENJOY THE BIG DAY

We’ll share you the detailed menus, They are all full-service with delivery, setup, serving, tear down, bussing. YES, food is included!

Alcohol is separate- purchased day-of by consumption. A hosted tab can be fully hosted (an open tab all night) or by partially hosted (open a tab for a set amount, minimum $500 tab pre-paid), then swap to cash bar. Cost of alcohol will depend on consumption and your menu choice.

Basic flavors like chocolate, lemon, wedding cake, vanilla, etc. Icing: buttercream (fondant is excluded). Cake includes consultation, tasting, delivery, cake cutting service, plates, and forks.

Guest count can be modified, or in-house services can be added a-la-carte. We do not make substitutions for outside vendors but are happy to recommend vendors to hire directly if you choose a-la-carte.

Anyone who needs a chair and a plate. We will go off your floor plan seating arrangement. Final guest count is due 30 days prior to event date.

Coordinating, Decorating, Bartending/Security

The all-inclusive process narrows down what you want, and we will match you with the best available vendor. This takes the guesswork out of vendor shopping for you. 100% of the time, we’ve been able to source a good match, even for custom needs! No shopping, quotes, or comparisons for you. Just sharing what you want, and voila, we find it. We will quickly know if we can’t provide what you are looking for, and we will be completely upfront and help you find another solution. Even if it means removing the package and finding you vendors to book directly instead.

You still have the full rental period PLUS extra bridal suite access! Pre-set package pricing is for 5-hour weddings (ceremony start until the music is off), the event itself typically last 4-5 hours before 90% of guests are gone. You’ll often find additional vendor time that is not needed. If you choose to pay your package vendors for an additional reception hour, we will convey the cost to you depending on the situation. 11 pm is the latest end time, and 7 am is the earliest possible access time.
